All items offered are handcrafted lauhala products, many of which are made to order. Because of the handmade nature of our work:

  • Slight variations in color, size, and weave are natural
  • These variations are not considered defects

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices listed are in U.S dollars
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Payment must be received in full before orders are processed

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.

Order Processing & Shipping

  • Processing times vary and are listed on individual product pages
  • Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages

Returns & Refunds:

All sales are final due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products.
