Order Processing Time:

All items are handcrafted and made to order.

• Please allow 5-10 business days for order processing before shipment
• Processing time does not include shipping time
• Processing times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or far larger custom orders

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped

We ship orders via USPS 

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed, Delays cause by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances are beyond our control.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout

Lost, Stolen, damaged or Missing Packages

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible. USPS assumes full responsibility for the package during transit, and any delivery issues will need to be handled directly with USPS
