Returns & Exchanges:

• We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the handmade and custom nature of our products
• Please review product descriptions, sizing, and photos carefully before placing your order

Refunds:

• Refunds will not be issued for:
  • Change of mind
  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier
  • Natural variations in handmade items
  • Incorrect address provided at checkout

Handmade Disclaimer:

Each lauhala piece is handcrafted, meaning slight variations in color, weave, and size are natural and part of what makes each item unique. These variations are not considered defects.

Shipping Responsibility:

Once an order has been shipped through USPS, I am not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or misdelivered packages. USPS assumes full responsibilty for the package during transit, and any delivery issues will need to be handled directly with USPS
